Location

Phoenix is sometimes referred to as the "Valley of the Sun" for reasons that will become obvious when you visit. The climate in October will still be hot (daytime highs above 30C / 86F). The chance of rain is slim.

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) has excellent connections throughout North America and daily direct flights to London Heathrow. The conference center is less than 15 mins by car from the airport. Uber, Lyft and city cabs pick up at the airport.

 

Venue

CREATE at Arizona Science Center is located at 7th and Washington Street in downtown Phoenix and is accessible from Interstates 10 and 17, as well as the Metro Valley Light Rail. Garage parking is available at 5th and Monroe streets (see map below).
